As the name implies, this organization aims to take proactive initiatives to support and empower women, men, girls, and boys concerning any factors that affect their physical, emotional, social, economic, and psychological or psychosocial health and well-being. Ernest Deline Sr. serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of IDEA-INTERNATIONAL.

IDEA-INTERNATIONAL's overarching vision is to make communities safe and healthy places to live. A key focus of the organization is to prioritize reproductive health education, particularly among the most vulnerable populations. Additionally, IDEA-INTERNATIONAL is dedicated to preventing or eradicating all forms of violence against women and girls by actively working to improve gender equality within homes and communities.

By addressing these critical issues, the organization aims to transform the areas of its operation into ideal environments where people can live, work, and invest, ultimately experiencing a higher standard of living. To make communities safe and
healthy, productive health education prioritized, prevent or eradicate
all forms of violence against women and girls by improving/enhancing gender equality in
the homes and communities, making areas of operation ideal to live, work,
invest and experience a higher standard of living

Mission

Work with central and local government, religious institutions,
local and international stakeholders and NGOs, to improve education, health including
community health, women social and economic empowerment, technology,
agriculture, making areas of operations favourable for improved living with
equal privileges shared between women and men girls and boys
